Bundle Assembly Guidelines

Please review the guidelines below to understand what is included with your rental bundle and what requires additional services.

Important Notes

• The Décor Services Add-On is not included in any bundle price. This is a separate upgraded service that provides full event setup and styling, including a consultation and a visual mock-up for the client to review and approve.

• Bundles do NOT include an assembly fee by default.
  The assembly fee must be added during customization if the client wants basic setup support.
  The assembly fee includes:
  
• Balloon arch clips for the simple garland included in the bundle
• Placement and unfolding of tables, chairs, and included rentals
• Organizing and staging the rental items that come with your bundle
• Most bundles only include a simple balloon garland.
  Any additional balloon styling—such as larger arches, extensions, custom colors, or specialty designs—falls under the Décor Add-On and will be priced separately.

Checkout Process

• When customizing your bundle and proceeding to checkout, clients will be prompted to choose delivery specifications and assembly options.
• If the assembly fee is not selected, Des Decor & Supplies will deliver your items only.
• Without assembly, your order will arrive:
  
• Balloon garland packaged, not assembled
• Rentals delivered but not set up
• Decals delivered but not placed on any backdrop or wall
• Items unpackaged but not styled, staged, or arranged
